Bear Mountain CrossFit goes - R.E.D. (Remembering Everyone Deployed)
At the heart out or mission, we strive to make a positive impact on our members and our community by giving back to others. Over the last several year, we've donated to a variety of Military Organizations and this year is no different. In an effort to create a much bigger impact this year we are doing something new and "Going R.E.D."
R.E.D. stands for remembering everyone deployed. The purpose of R.E.D is to show our solidarity and support for our troops until they return home to their families. We will be performing a Hero Workout for the next four Saturdays after Memorial Day. During each workout we encourage everyone to wear RED, and we will also have shirts/tank tops made to continue to raise awareness for those who are still abroad.
But we're not stopping there. Not only do we want to bring awareness to our troops abroad, but we also will be fundraising for the Fischer House who's mission is "dedicated to improving the quality of life for members of military, veterans, and their families". From now through Independence Day we will be collecting donations for this wonderful organization.
We're proud of the impact we've been able to have on our members at Bear Mountain CrossFit. We hope you'll help us bring awareness for this organization and donate to this wonderful cause.
Thank you for your support and generosity.
*A portion of the monies collected for our Shirts/Tank Tops will be donated directly to the Fischer House.
